Zigmund Bluvband, Ph.D. has more than twenty five years experience, consulting and training in Quality, Reliability, Safety and Logistics Engineering. In 2007 Zigmund was awarded a "Life Time Achievement" award by IEEE for his contribution to the Reliability, Safety and Quality Industry.
Zigmund has been the mastermind behind ALD Reliability software and services as well as conducting CRE, CQE, CQA, CQM, CSQE and Lead Assessors courses, tutorials on RAMS, ILS, LCC, QA for thousands of hardware and software professionals in USA, Europe, Israel and Far East countries.
Mr. Dotan Moshe
Vice President, COO
Dotan joined ALD in 2004 as the company Chief of Operations and as vice president. As COO, he is responsible for assisting setting the company agenda, overseeing myriad tasks which include the general management of the company, the identification of business opportunities, the development and implementation of its current and future business strategy, working with the Company share-holders and investors and responsible for all the administration tasks of the Company. Dotan holds a L.L.B.
Dr. Alex Barel
Vice President, Reliability & ILS
Alex Barel joined ALD in 1985. He received his master's degree in mathematics from Moscow University in 1971 and his Ph.D. in 1984 from Tel-Aviv University, where his research focused on applied mathematics.
From his first days in ALD Alex has been leading large software and reliability teams developing tools for the spare part optimization (ISLE), FMECA, life cycle costing and RAM analysis. He was also ALD's leading consultant in hundreds of sophisticated military, aerospace and commercial projects.
Dr. Pavel Grabov
Vice President, Quality Engineering
Pavel Grabov has over twenty years of academic and industrial experience in quality and process improvement. The main subjects he consults on and teaches are Statistical Process Control, Six Sigma, SPC, Taguchi's Methods, Design of Experiments and Theory of Measurements.
Pavel Grabov, a native of Moscow, received a Master of Science degree in Physics in 1972, and Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering in 1978. In 1995 Pavel joined ALD as the head of ALD Training Division and a senior consultant. He succeeded in transforming the training division into the ALD College with its unique curriculum focused on reliability and quality, and providing training for hundreds of students each year.
Ms. Merav Hason
Vice President, Quality and Technological Projects
Merav has more than 10 years of experience in managing complex, integrated technological projects in some of the leading companies in Israeli economy. Merav also established and managed large-scale logistic operational systems with multiple interfaces.
Merav's expertise is in leading business processes in the fields of business intelligence, operations, maintenance, engineering, customer service and sales. Merav joined ALD at 2005 as the manager of Quality and Technological Projects Department and as vice president.
